충북 외국어 교육의 중심! 

  충북외국어고등학교 방문을 환영합니다. 

  우리 학교는 1992년 6개학과 18학급 규모의 청주외국어고등학교로 개교하여 약 6,500여명의 졸업생을 배출한 학교로 2025년 9월 1일부터는 충북외국어고등학교로 교명을 변경하여 한 단계 도약을 꿈꾸며 성장하고 있는 학교입니다.

   현재 8개 전공어, 7개 학과,  21개 학급이 운영되고 있으며 450여명의 재학생들이 "당당하고 품격있는 글로벌 인재"로 성장하기 위해 준비하고 공부하고 있습니다. 

  "세계를 품고 함께 성장하는 학교"를 교육비전으로 "지혜로운 성찰, 아름다운 나눔, 슬기로운 도전"을 핵심가치로 삼아 본교 교직원들은 자신의 미래를 능동적으로 준비하는 학생들을 응원하며 적극 지원하겠습니다. 전공 외국어사용능력 함양과 국제계열 과목의 깊이 있는 학습을 통해 자신의 미래와 세계시민사회의 주역이 될 수 있도록 학생들의 성장을 함께 준비하겠습니다.

The Hub of Foreign Language Education in Chungbuk!

Welcome to Chungbuk Foreign Language High School.

Our school first opened in 1992 as Cheongju Foreign Language High School with six departments and 18 classes, producing approximately 6,500 graduates over the years. Beginning September 1, 2025, we proudly take a new leap forward under the name Chungbuk Foreign Language High School.

Currently, we operate 21 classes across seven departments and eight language majors, where about 450 students are preparing to become confident and dignified global leaders through dedication and learning.

With the vision of “A School Embracing the World, Growing Together” and our core values of “Insightful Reflection, Beautiful Sharing, and Wise Challenge,” our faculty and staff are committed to supporting students who actively prepare for their future. By cultivating strong foreign language proficiency and engaging in in-depth international studies, we nurture students to become future leaders and responsible members of the global community.
